One of DC’s hottest restaurants to open last year, Bourbon Steak, a Michael Mina restaurant in Georgetown’s Four Seasons hotel, is still keeping the area elite on their toes when it comes to the creative fare coming out of the kitchen with a totally fresh take on traditional steakhouse menus.

The restaurant features contemporary American fare with a focus on seasonal ingredients, as well as celebrity star Chef Mina’s award-winning butter-poached meat.
